Terms and Conditions for Buyers (Excluding Distributors, Franchisees, Dealers, and Super Dealers)

Relax24 Wellness Private Limited (referred to as the "Company") is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 22, Ganesh Nagar-8 Vistar, Niwaru Road, Jhotwara, Opp. Moon Paradise, Jaipur- 302012, Rajasthan. The Company primarily engages in the direct selling of various products, including Herbal, Ayurvedic, Health Care, Home Care, Beauty Care, Personal Care Products, and other FMCG products.

All printed materials, labels, logos, or slogans are the copyrighted property of company and its associated businesses. No buyer or any other individual has the right to use any part or entirety of the printed material without the written permission of company and/or its associate companies

Advertisement and Social Media

If a buyer intends to advertise the business and/or products, written permission must be obtained from the company to use company's trademarks and logos in the advertisement. Selling the company's products on social media or any other online shopping platform is prohibited. The dissemination of misleading information or any form of allurement related to products and/or the business on advertisements or social media is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will render the buyer personally responsible, and the company's decision will be final.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers, excluding distributors, franchisees, dealers, and super dealers, are prohibited from incurring liabilities, debts, or entering contracts on behalf of the company. Opening a bank account in the name of the company, is not permissible. Buyers may purchase products from the company through online orders at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). For any product-related inquiries, buyers can contact the company's customer care.
