Refund / Exchange

Relax24 Wellness Private Limited retains the right to decline refund requests for returned products if the buyer consistently engages in return behavior. The reimbursement will be transferred to the buyer's original payment source or the distributor's wallet, as preferred. It may take up to five working days for the amount to be credited. In cases of refund, the payment gateway's processing time may extend up to four working days from the date of refund initiation.

For Relax24 Wellness Pvt. Ltd. franchise, dealer, and super dealer orders: If the buyer discovers the products to be of unsatisfactory quality, displaying manufacturing defects, or having compromised packaging, the choice for exchange or return is accessible. Within 30 days of receiving the products, the buyer must contact Relax24 Wellness Private Limited or the seller from whom the products were purchased. A valid reason must be provided, and the original invoice or receipt must accompany the returned products. Prior to processing refund/exchange, the buyer assumes responsibility for inspecting product expiration dates and packaging.

Buyer's Initiative: The buyer should actively engage in selling the products. Buyer is required to notify Relax24 Wellness Pvt. Ltd. at least 60 days before a product's expiry date. Company will facilitate refund/exchange for marketable goods.

Refund Declination: Relax24 Wellness Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to dismiss refund requests if the buyer repeatedly returns products.

Receipt Confirmation: Remittance to the buyer's wallet will occur upon receipt confirmation of the returned product.

In-Transit Damage (Return): The buyer is responsible for ensuring safe transit of returned goods. Claims for products damaged in transit will not be entertained.

Transportation Charges (Return): The buyer will be responsible for transportation charges associated with returned products.

Cancellation Period: Online orders can be canceled until the product is received.
